Playing the Trump Card is Entertaining

by Tom Rhodes, 7/10/2015

The silly season of presidential politics is heating up. For political junkies this is entertainment like we haven’t seen in decades. The early leader in GOP polls almost never wins the GOP nomination. Trump right now is destroying the GOP competition, and he’s a definite RINO. The reason he’s ahead is he listened to the people on a very important issue. The ruling oligarchy of Republicans and Democrats, doesn’t want to touch immigration and definitely doesn’t want to do what 2/3rds of America wants; close the border. This may be the single most important issue to the American people that the oligarchs don’t want us to talk about much less do anything about. The establishment ruling elite claim Americans want a path to citizenship for criminal foreign nationals, but the polls say otherwise.

Americans know there are record numbers of people without jobs, they know more criminal foreign nationals in the country depresses labor markets keeping their wages down. They know supply and demand laws work, so if there are a lot more people available to do unskilled or low skilled labor then the wages for that labor will be lower, and will depress the entire labor market. They aren’t anti-immigrant, they are anti-illegal immigrants who cross our border through criminal means. They know that criminal foreign nationals, who don’t respect our immigration laws, probably won’t respect our other laws, much less our respect our traditions and culture. There are not jobs Americans won’t do, there are jobs Americans won’t do if they pay less than they can receive for sitting on their ass.

Take home pay for a person working minimum wage is $975 per month after taxes. Because employers are now forced to purchase health insurance for everybody working full time, an employer can hire two people to work 29.9 hours per week cheaper than he can hire one person to work 40 hours per week. Because 59.8 hours of unskilled labor working part time is cheaper than 40 hours of unskilled labor full time, there are no minimum wage job is more than 29.9 hours per week. The reality is a business saves even more because payroll is simpler, accounting is simpler, no insurance paperwork, so the need for a admin person to do all the paperwork is not needed. Some of the unintended consequences of Obamacare and US labor laws.

This means that in reality if your are following the law, a minimum wage worker takes home $850 per month or less. Combine all the benefits available and welfare provides significantly more than $850/month. So American workers are not willing to take jobs that pay less than they receive for not working. Criminal foreign nationals are willing to live 10 people to a crappy 2 room apartment, work for cash under the table, and because they are criminals willing to work under conditions that are not legal. Why would a business pay more for unskilled labor, when even if caught the penalties are less than the amount they save from having to compete for legal labor.

It’s actually worse than that. The fact is at $100 per day for a 10hr day for a day laborer, and you don’t hire the same day laborer more than 5 days, and there are no taxes, just a day labor expense. Give the guy a $100 bill at the end of the day and you’re done, don’t even need to file a 1099, huge amounts of admin paperwork avoided. If they change their name and give you a different SSN you can do that week after week. So an illegal day laborer can take home $2000 per month, the business owner not break any law and it’s cheaper than the business hiring a full time employee and working him 50 hours at minimum wage paying time-and-a-half for OT, the taxes, insurance, and all the other stuff the law requires.

Trump knows this, he’s hired criminal foreign nationals in his past for just that reason. He knows the people are fed up with having to compete with criminals for jobs. The GOP won’t do anything because their donors benefit from cheap criminal labor and low penalties if caught. The Democrats won’t do anything because criminal foreign nationals in exchange for welfare will illegally vote, and vote Democrat, so that they can keep gaming the system. They are criminals, if ignoring immigrations laws is not an issue, so is ignoring voter laws and welfare laws, housing laws, and labor laws.

Trump boldly, unapologetically, directly, and fearlessly, has stood up and said, “Here is where I stand, like it and vote for me, don’t like it don’t vote for me, but this is my stand and what I’ll do.” No political weasel words, but a solid position that just happens to be in agreement with 2/3’s the population. This scares the shit out of the Republicans and Democrats, who want some issues to be ignored so that they can continue to kick the can and not actually do something about the mass invasion of criminal foreign nationals. Americans are finding a man willing to stand on principle refreshing and more trustworthy. Even if they don’t agree with all his positions, many feel that a man with bold, honest, unapologetic, political positions, is worth voting for. I’m pretty sure the bad rug he wears on his head will cost him the election. Good hair wins the female vote, that’s the big reason McCain lost to Obama. Don’t believe me? Look at the hair/looks of presidents since TV got big. Hair and looks won every time.

If Trump can stay on message, and force the others to address the invasion of criminal foreign nationals, and make the other candidates look like weasely political hacks and himself look like a principled man of action, he can win the GOP nomination. Because Trump speaks with a passion, lucidity and a frankness that none of the establishment politicians of the GOP dare articulate, on a subject they do not want there to be real public debate, the Republican mega-donors are scared he might get into the debates. To add to the fat-cats fears, Trump has the money to counter their money. Trump in the debates will be bad for established statist candidates and their sponsors. He will bring issues to the table they don’t want the public addressing, this will be bad for them.

The Democrats are stupid and blind, they believe their own lies and think the public accept the politically correct position, and want to grant amnesty to criminal foreign nationals. So they are trying to group all Republicans as having Trump’s views. This will be a big mistake, as they will be forced to take a vocal stand on immigration. Because a huge part of the population treats immigration as a jobs issue, with record number of people without jobs, and a huge number blaming the lack of jobs on a glut of criminal foreign nationals willing to work for less than legal wages, the Democrat position is the wrong side of the voters’ position. Trump having Democrat positions on other topics, and a clear, firm, bold stance on immigration means he’ll get a large number of democrat votes other GOP members can’t and could win the election.

Although I don’t like is statist positions on a huge number of issues, having a person who know what it takes to succeed and get things done, having learned from both his failures (bankruptcy) and success, now a Billionaire again, might not be bad. He’s clearly not the establishment candidate. It will be fun to watch how the establishment ruling elite destroy him. He will not be allowed to win any more than Ron Paul was allowed to win. The books will be cooked, the media bought off, and lies will be told. But the ruling elite are not going to let him get far.

You got to like a guy, who tells Univision you’re in breach of our contract, you don’t honor our contract and don’t broadcast the Miss USA pageant as agreed, and I’ll sue you for $500Million. The contract doesn’t have a provision to exit if you don’t like what the other guy says. Support for the Rule of Law, a rarity in politics today. Trump is doubling down, not retracting his opinion, and holding Univision to the terms of their Contract. A positive principled position in support of the rule of law, something a libertarian can appreciate. I can’t vote for Trump based on his positions on healthcare, abortion, guns, and, his financial support for Democrats. But I am going to enjoy the chaos he will bring to the elections.

Republicans and Democrats Represent Parties of Violence

By Tom Rhodes, 12/12/2014

America is so Overcriminalized the government as controlled by the violent combination of Democrats and Republicans now routinely kills innocent citizens. Both parties lust for power, and are willing to use violence against the American people to keep and maintain that power. Neither party exists to complete the mission statement and purpose for which we the people instituted a government. George Will correctly characterized how the lust for using violence that both parties share has changed our government saying, “American government is increasingly characterized by an ugly and sometimes lethal irresponsibility.”

At one time our society was just, not perfect, but at least we ascribed to the goals of justice and the rule of law. Both ideas have been abandoned by both the Democrats and Republicans, ignoring the wise words of our forefathers and the principles this nation was founded. When we had a just society we had few laws, and those laws were easy to understand and they focused on protecting life, liberty, and property. Today it is impossible for any person to understand much less know all the laws that they are ruled by, much less abide by all of them. Professor Steven Carter of Yale Law School explains the legal reality that now exists in America:

…federal law alone includes more than 3,000 crimes, fewer than half of which found in the Federal Criminal Code. The rest are scattered through other statutes. A citizen who wants to abide by the law has no quick and easy way to find out what the law actually is — a violation of the traditional principle that the state cannot punish without fair notice. In addition to these statutes, he writes, an astonishing 300,000 or more federal regulations may be enforceable through criminal punishment in the discretion of an administrative agency. Nobody knows the number for sure. Husak cites estimates that more than 70 percent of American adults have committed a crime that could lead to imprisonment. …making an offense criminal also means that the police will go armed to enforce it. Overcriminalization matters… Every new law requires enforcement; every act of enforcement includes the possibility of violence. …Don’t ever fight to make something illegal unless you’re willing to risk the lives of your fellow citizens to get your way.

One thing is clear and proven by the hundreds of people killed every year by the police, any law that comes with a fine or possibility of arrest, the government is saying do as we dictate or we will kill you. Laws and government are force, and the threat of violent force and death is what backs up the law. Ask Mr. Garner, who is now dead, because the Democrats and Republicans created laws that said selling cigarettes without collecting the appropriate tax is illegal, and failure to do so we will send armed men, with the authority to kill you, to force you to comply. Why does NY put such a huge tax on cigarettes that it is estimated that 70% of cigarettes in NY were obtained on the black market? Because they think smoking is bad for you and want to change your behavior and punish you if you don’t do what they think is best. They are willing to kill you, if you try to avoid paying their punishment for not behaving as they dictate is in your best interest.

The government wants to control you and your choices. To enforce punitive taxes on tobacco products, the government is willing to kill you. Oh they will say it’s not breaking the tobacco tax law that got Garner killed, it’s resisting arrest. That makes it worse, the fact that you won’t accept the government control, and would dare resist the government controlling your voluntary actions is grounds for you death. It was the cigarette tax laws that can lead to the death of those the police seek to arrest.

Do a quick Youtube search and you can find hundreds of videos of police beating up people who would dare question their authority. Mention your constitutional rights, like freedom of the press, freedom of speech, freedom to remain silent, freedom to travel, and you are likely to be detained and assaulted for “resisting arrest.”

You law and order Republicans, you’re violent statists who are willing to have kill people to enforce your ideas on how people ought to live. You think people who choose to take drugs for recreational purposes are so evil that the government should control their actions, and if they resist the government control of their voluntary actions the government should use force, up to and including killing such individual if they don’t submit to the government. The difference between a Republican and most libertarians is that although both generally dislike recreational drugs, and think that recreational drug use is not a wise idea, libertarians are not willing to let someone else get killed because they have a different perspective.

Uber liberal, socialist, and statist, Barney Frank in 2009 said, "Criminalizing choices that adults make because we think they are unwise ones, when the choices involved have no negative effect on the rights of others, is not appropriate in a free society." That of course was Democrat Hyperbole. He voted to make it illegal for you to use the light bulb of your choice, voted to limit free speech over the internet, voted for more government regulations on what you can and can’t eat, cosponsored laws giving the government more oversight in tobacco products, voted against retailers being allowed to set their own prices, and is famous for voting to control who banks must lend money. Obvioulsy he like most Democrats talks about people being allowed to make their own choices, so long as those are the choices he approves, otherwise he is quite willing to send armed government officials to force you to capitulate, and who have the authority to kill you if you refuse.

The actions of both the Democrats and Republicans clearly demonstrate they are OK with using the violent force to dictate that you live the way they think is best, and have opted for trying to control you through violence or the threat of violence. If you think that isn’t true, ask yourself why the BLM needs to be armed and have massive amounts of weapons and ammo? Why does the Dept. of Education, Department of the Interior, Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Department of Agriculture, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Commerce, Department of Energy, Department of Health & Human Service, Department of Interior, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Railroad Retirement Board, Small Business Administration, Social Security Administration, need armed need armed law enforcement officers? The answer is clear, they are willing to use the threat of violence and even kill the people to enforce the rules and regulations of those departments.
Even the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has armed officers.

Democrats and Republicans so want to rule over everybody, they’ve created and armed a zillion Departments of Whatever. Anybody’s failure to comply with the hundreds of thousands of laws and regulations can, and often does, result in violent force used to rule over everybody. Republicans and Democrats have proven the are willing to risk the lives of their fellow citizens to get their own way, they make all sorts of things illegal, and authorize the use of force up to and including killing citizens who fail to capitulate.

Are you willing to allow the government the right to kill other citizens who don’t share you’re belief that people shouldn’t do recreational drugs?

Are you willing to stand by and let another person die at the hands of the government, because they choose to bet playing cards?

Do you think someone should lose his life because he offered to pay for sex? Do you think a person who takes money in exchange for sex should die at the hands of government? I think prostitution is wrong, it’s bad for both the prostitute and the solicitor, but it’s a voluntary exchange and I don’t think I have a right controlling how others live. Because I think it’s wrong, I am personally boycotting prostitutes and urge others to do the same. What I don’t do is threaten others by saying I’ll send people authorized to use force and punish you if you choose purchase or sell sex. If you support laws that make prostitution illegal you are saying that you are willing to kill people who are willing to refuse to accept your control of their sex lives.

The ruling elite, be they Republicans and Democrats, want to control you and your life. They have proven willing to hire, train, and arm people and send them to force you to comply, they have authorized those people to kill you if you fail to comply. Sell loosies on the streets of NY, you could get dead. It’s a shame so many are willing to use violence to control how others live.

Ask yourself these question about any law: Does this law make a voluntary choice of an individual that has no direct effect on the rights of another a crime? If someone refuses to obey a law, should the government have the authority to use violent force to enforce it, even killing those who refuse to obey? If you can’t answer yes to both questions you should oppose the law, and demand it be repealed.

Treason

By Tom Rhodes, 6/12/2013

There is no difference between the two factions of the ruling party. They share the same statist goals and present We the People with the same talking points. Any mere citizen working for the government who exercises his First Amendment right exposing the ruling elite's clear violation of the Fourth Amendment that the ruling elite don't want public is considered by the ruling statist party (be they either the Republican or Democrat factions) a traitor.

On Monday the Senate Intelligence Committee Chairwoman. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) said "I don't look at this as being a whistle-blower. I think it's an act of treason."

Tuesday this week on ABC's Good Morning America, Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) labeled Edward Snowden, the contractor who leaked details of the National Security Agency's surveillance programs, a "traitor." Claiming that exposing the government's clear violations of the Fourth Amendment "puts Americans at risk. It shows our adversaries what our capabilities are, and it's a giant violation of the law."

The Constitution was written not to limit the people, but to limit the government. Obama infamously lamented that the problem with the Constitution is it made it hard to get things done. Our elected officials including Boehner and Feinstein took an oath to protect the Constitution of the United States. Their actions are representative of the unified ruling party, that is displayed as a false choice of the Democrats and Republicans. Rather than uphold their oath, they have been exposed for not only failing to protect the Constitution but in truth grossly violating it, and thus destroying what little trust remained of the government. The ruling elite declare that because the consequences of knowing that the government is in clear violation of the rights of We the People and ignoring the restriction placed upon the government by the people, hurts the ability of the government to "get things done," that exposing such truth is treasonous.

Treason is now upsetting and exposing the ruling elite, not protecting the constitution and country from tyrannical usurpers taking powers that they clearly constitutionally prohibited from having. The idea that comes from on high, from Republicans like Marco Rubio, is that your liberty and freedom are secondary to "security" and that your right to be secure in your persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, in this day and age is not as important as the Ruling Elites desire to know what everybody is doing and to use that information to protect the ruling elite.

It's simple the government is prohibited from looking at your mail (email, snail mail, text messages, etc.) unless they have an impartial judge issue a Warrant, and no judge shall issue such Warrant but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. Fishing for crimes by monitoring all communications, email, tweets, etc. to fish for violations of the law is specifically prohibited.

They have been exposed; the ruling elite are trying to tell us that exposing their abuses of power is treason. There is no difference in the ruling party's factions, Republican or Democrat. Any differences they have are inconsequential, when there is a real threat to their regime they circle the wagons and put out the same talking points and attack the actions of We the People. It is clear that both major political parties no longer represent the people, but the ruling elite. Their actions are treasonous, but then maybe electing them was equally as evil. I'll go so far as to say any future vote for either the Republicans or Democrats should be considered treason against your fellow citizen. This includes voting for Rand Paul and other so called "defenders of liberty" in the Republican Party. Any vote for a Democrat or Republican is a vote against the Fourth Amendment, and a vote for tyranny - PERIOD!

The one thing Obama and the Republican Party is right on, you can have total security if you aren't willing to give up your rights. The choice is yours; do you want a secure tyranny or dangerous freedom?

Libertarian Leader Prophesies Zombie Apocalypse Nov. 6, 2012

By Tom Rhodes 4/27/2012

Libertarian party of Florida (LPF) Chair Adrian Wyllie in a recent 1787Network.com commentary said the following:
“I did some research and found there are a ton of apocalyptic prophesies, they all result in a really bad hair day for all life on Earth and seem to align perfectly with the Mayan calendar and 2012.

I love a good conspiracy, there’s no government capable of keeping quiet about something that could potentially eradicate mankind.

Nothing is impossible. But I can say, based on the “science”, you should be worried a zombie apocalypse in 2012.”

In a private conversation that this reporter had with the LPF Chairman, it was clear that he was serious about his prophesy, and offered an exact date for the Zombie Apocalypse of November 6, 2012.

Now the truth of the matter is the above quote is an edited down version of the article. The same methods used by NBC to edit George Zimmermans 911 tape were used. I cut out phrases and words to shorten the article into a sound-bite. Like the Zimmerman’s 911 tape the editing may change the meaning, and you might be able to come to different conclusion than if you had the entire thing. But in this case it does make for some funny reading. Seriously if you define the terms Adrian’s prophesy is accurate. The Zombie Apocalypse should be taken at least as seriously as the US government takes it. The CDC has even published a guide on how to prep for the coming Zombie Apocalypse.

If you're ready for a zombie apocalypse, then you're ready for any emergency. emergency.cdc.gov

Because of the seriousness of the upcoming Zombie Apocalypse, they government has produced Preparedness 101: Zombie Pandemic. This was published on May 18, 2011, by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). It provides tips on how to survive a zombie invasion. Although the CDC does not claim an outbreak is likely or imminent, it states: "That’s right, I said z-o-m-b-i-e a-p-o-c-a-l-y-p-s-e. You may laugh now, but when it happens you’ll be happy you read this...." The CDC goes on to underscore the value of laying in water, food, medical supplies, and other necessities in preparation for any and all potential disasters, be they hurricanes, earthquakes, tornadoes, floods, or hordes of zombies. On October 17, 2011, The Weather Channel published an article, "How To Weather the Zombie Apocalypse." Obviously we should take the Zombie Apocalypse seriously.

Now to better understand LPF Char Adrian Wyllie’s prediction of a November 6, 2012 Zombie Apocalypse, let’s get our definitions strait.

Zombie - is unproductive uncivilized brainless group who hunger for the flesh (property) of productive civilized individuals, zombies expect to keep making the same choices (gorging on society’s output regardless of their individual input) but get different results (increased wealth and economic output); these can be best be termed Democrat and Republican voters.

Apocalypse - is any universal or widespread destruction or disaster, in this case of the pending November 6, 2012 Zombie Apocalypse it refers to the election or reelection of a statist to head the formerly free republic of the United States of America.

The reason for the apocalyptic prophesy is simple; the only choices we are being offered by the two major parties are the same. Whether you pick Obama or Romney, you are stuck with a elitist statist educated in an exclusive New England college designed for blue bloods who believes that it is the right and duty of the government to dictate how people should live for their own good, and that government authority should be increased at the expense of individual liberty because they as the ruling elite know what’s best for everybody.

Because the LPF Chair is right, (as ususal), you should be prepared. The CDC Agrees.

If you're ready for a zombie apocalypse, then you're ready for any emergency. emergency.cdc.gov
